Kids Day Rules & Regulations

Date: May 26th 2012 (Rain or Shine)

Fish from Bewdley Waterfront Park with FishAbility Sports Club

Free Registration for children 16 years of age & under. Except the Differently Able Category

Pre - Registration will be held both prior to the event & the day of the event.

Rules

  1. Entrants Must be accompanied by an adult.
  2. Entrants Must be 16 years of age or under. With Exception of the Differently Able Category.
  3. Entrants fish at thier own risk & their parent/guardians risk.
  4. Parents/Guardians Must sign a Registration Form (concent & waiver) prior to their child's participation in the event.
  5. Entrants Must fish within the assigned areas from the shore/dock only. Fishing from a boat is not permitted in this event.
  6. Entry Fish must be measured by a Kids Day Representative only.
  7. Fish on stringers will be disqualified. Bring a pail. 
  8. ALL FISH MUST BE LIVE RELEASED.
  9. Entrants Must cease to fish at the sound of the bell/horn.
  10. Only in season species of fish will be elegible. ( Perch, Panfish, Walleye)
  11. Prizes will be awarded based on the length of the fish only.
  12. Adults are permitted to assist their children to fish however, they are not permitted to fish for their children. 
  13. Life Jackets are Recommended.
